If you were at our meeting earlier this afternoon you may have noticed a big pile of food on the floor on your way out of Denmark Hall, this was for the North West Bristol Foodbank.
We've been supporting the NW Bristol Foodbank as a church family since just after it was started back in February. This is a great project meeting the needs of people in our part of town who find themselves in crisis for a whole range of reasons.
You can help by joining in on the first Sunday of every month, when we collect up food to donate to the foodbank, there's a list of the kinds of things that are needed here, but keep an eye on the website for other particular needs from time to time. Bring any donations along to Red Maids' on the first Sunday of the month and drop it just inside the main doors to Denmark Hall (on the right as you come in).
