Facebook has 901 million users worldwide, and 30,595,980 of them are in the UK.
And because the whole point of facebook is that everybody is connected to everybody else, every time you share something on facebook it has the potential to reach a lot of people (I can't think of many other means of communication that have access to over 900 million people, can you?). What would you want to say if you knew 900 million people were listening?
Of course, most of what we contribute on social media will only be seen by a much smaller group of people, though even that group will often still number hundreds. What are they hearing us saying? As representatives of King Jesus - are our social media networks hearing or seeing anything of the King?
Pithy videos with funky graphics are in many ways the currency of social media, and there are some great ones out there that convey life giving gospel truth. Here's a new one I've just come across, why not post it on your wall for others to see?
