Who'd take on the challenge of setting verses from Habakkuk Chs. 1 & 2 to music? Turns out one of English choral music's greatest composers - Sir Charles Villiers Stanford. Was listening to a CD of his this week and thought I recognised the words. You will too (although he doesn't cover every verse)...
PS - It's worth persisting past the loud start - the most beautiful moments come towards the middle and end (much like in Habakkuk itself...).
