Is called Prayer Mate and is available here. It won't pray for you but it will help get you praying for the various people you'd like to be praying for.
Best Stationery for Prayer?
No jazzy mobile phone? I use normal index cards inside one of the mini-expanding files available here to organise my prayer life.
Best Book on Prayer?
Is a dead heat, in my opinion, between Paul Miller's A Praying Life available here and Don Carson's A Call to Spiritual Reformation available here. The first is the most accessible but both are wonderfully encouraging and practical.
