Pray for the work in Greece

For the last 2 weeks a team from Emmanuel have been in Greece on 'a holiday with a difference', praying for and taking opportunities to share the gospel with other holidaymakers. As they prepared to pack up and head home last night they got together and were encouraged by these word of Jesus in Mark 4:30-32 - 

“What shall we say the kingdom of God is like, or what parable shall we use to describe it? It is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth. Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds can perch in its shade.”

Please pray that over the coming weeks God would be causing the seeds of God's word that the team were able to sow to spring to life and grow. Pray that the gospels the team gave away would be opened and read so God's powerful word can do His work.

Also pray for the team, that all that God has been teaching them in the last couple of weeks about himself and themselves would take root in their lives.
